《外国人眼中的湖北》一书收录“外国人眼中的湖北”专栏40篇文章，分为外教爱湖北文盛物丰、留学生恋湖北千姿百态、业者赞湖北宜居宜业、游者喜湖北风光秀美四个章节，采用中英双语模式讲述40位外国友人对湖北的所见所感所思。
