With the development of China's economy and society, food culture has gone from the pursuit of quantity to quality,further to the "meaning" of connotation: eating a profound "historical aftertaste", eating a strong "local style", and eating a new "blessing vision" for a long time. The so-called "thousands of years of Hubei cuisine's history , half of Jiangnan Food", Hubei cuisine has a long history and rich cultural heritage. The development of Hubei cuisine should make good use of Jingchu green culture as a rich mine. Through continuous deep digging, shaping the brand image of Hubei cuisine, we can find our own place in the opportunity of reform and development. Hubei cuisine should not only be guaranteed and improved in quality and flavor, but also be able to sublimate from home-made dishes and daily dishes to cultural symbols and business cards that reflect the local characteristics of Hubei and show the culture of Jingchu. Not only accepted as "delicious dishes" by people, but also become the "famous dishes" recognized by social culture and social value.
