　　2018年1月，《中国教育改革大系》荣获第四届中国出版政府奖。《中国教育改革大系》是全面、系统总结近40年来中国教育改革发展的集大成之作。丛书共10卷，由民进中央副主席、全国政协副秘书长、著名教育家朱永新任总主编。各分卷主编及110多位作者均为国内教育领域的权威专家和知名学者，其研究成果代表了该领域的最新进展与领先水平。丛书旨在推动和促进中国教育事业的科学发展，不仅系统总结了我国教育改革和发展取得的成果和经验，还广泛汇集了专家学者对我国教育改革与发展的新思路和新探索，全面提出了要优先发展教育、推进教育公平、释放全社会的教育活力、培养合格公民、依法治教、加强教师队伍建设等建议。

　　在学术界近年来关于中国教育改革研究的诸多成果中，这套丛书独树一帜。民盟中央副主席、中国教育发展战略学会副会长徐辉评价该丛书：“既具有权威性、文献性、史料性之类工具书的实用价值，也具有较高的理论价值。”时任中国教育科学研究院院长、教育部基础教育课程教材发展中心主任田慧生认为，其重要特色在于“立足于从理论总结的角度、从规律探索的角度，对将近40年来改革的成就经验，包括基层好的案例进行深入挖掘，试图从中总结出这近40年来带有规律性的发展经验”。

　　In January 2018, the Series of Educational Reforms in China won the fourth Chinese Publishing Government Award. The Series is a comprehensive and systematic summary of China’s educational reform and development in the past 40 years, consisting of 10 volumes and is edited by Zhu Yongxin, vice chairman of the Central Committee of China Association for Promoting Democracy, deputy secretary general of the CPPCC, and famous educator. The editor-in-chief of each volume and more than 110 authors are authoritative experts and well-known scholars in the domain of education in China, and their research results represent the latest progress and leading level in this field. The series aims to promote and facilitate the scientific development of educational undertaking in China, which not only systematically summarizes the achievements and experience of China’s educational reform and development, but also brings together new ideas and explorations of experts and scholars on China’s educational reform and development. It comprehensively puts forward some suggestions, such as giving priority to the development of education, promoting educational equity, releasing the educational vitality of the whole society, training qualified citizens, administering education according to law, and strengthening the construction of teacher staff.

　　Among the many achievements of the researches on China’s education reform in recent years, this series develops a school of its own. Xu Hui, vice chairman of the Central Committee of China Democratic League and vice president of Chinese Society of Educational Development Strategy, commented on it: “It not only bears the practical value of authoritative, documentary, historical materials and other reference books, but also has high theoretical value.” Tian Huisheng, then president of National Institute of Educational Sciences and director of National Center for School Curriculum and Textbook Development of Ministry of Education, believes that its important feature is “based on the perspective of theoretical summary and law exploration, the achievements and experience of reform in the past 40 years, including good cases at the grass-roots level, are deeply excavated, with an attempt to sum up the regular development experience in the past 40 years”.
