　　From 2009, the authors have been focused on the vegetation and plants diversity of Mt. Kenya, and hold on a serial fruitful scientific investigations, with a lot of plant specimens and photos. Right now, there is no a color book which focus on common plants of Mt. Kenya, the authors selected 500 common plants of Mt. Kenya, published as Field Guide to Common Plants of Mt. Kenya. In this book, each plants have brief description and exquisite color photos. They arranged all the 500 plants into 6 2018parts in this book, Trees, Shrubs, Lianas and Climbers, Herbs, Grass-like Herbs, Lycophytes and Ferns, and believe that the publication of this book will give the world plant lovers and mountain climbing enthusiasts a new understanding of Mt.
