湖北华中文化产权交易所成立于2010年12月，是经湖北省人民政府批准设立的以文化物权、债权、股权、知识产权等为主要交易对象的省级综合性产权交易机构,是国内有影响力的文化要素市场。近年来，华中文交所以服务全省文化产业高质量发展为宗旨，充分发挥资源配置、投融资、产业孵化“三大”功能，积极探索“文化+”融合发展，着力构建国有资产交易、文化金融服务、艺术品交易、数字版权交易、招投标代理等“五大”平台，助力文化产业做大做强。

　　国家和湖北省高度重视华中文交所的发展： 《国家促进中部地区崛起“十三五”规划》指出“推动湖北华中文化产权交易所建设成为中部地区文化产品创新要素市场”;《湖北省国民经济和社会发展第十三个五年规划纲要》指出“做大做强湖北华中文化产权交易所，设立文化产业投资基金，搭建文化产业发展投融资平台”;《中共湖北省委湖北省政府关于加快全省文化产业高质量发展的意见》(鄂发〔2018〕30号)指出“推动文化产权市场创新发展，支持华中文化产权交易所做大做强，探索建立文化金融服务中心”;《省人民政府办公厅关于印发支持文化旅游产业恢复振兴若干措施的通知》(鄂政办发〔2020〕17号)指出“用好华中文交所互联网+金融服务平台，为文旅企业提供投融资服务”。

　　Hubei Huazhong Culture Property Rights Exchange Co., Ltd. was formally established in December 2010 following the approval of People's Government of Hubei Province. It is a provincial comprehensive property rights trading institution with cultural property right, creditor's right, equity and intellectual property right as its main trading objects, and it is also an influential cultural elements market in China. The purpose of us is to supply a service for high-quality development of cultural industries of the whole province in recent years. There are three advantages which include resource allocation, investment financing and industry incubation.We have been focusing on building five platforms which can realize the trading of state-owned properties, services of cultural finance, trading of artworks, trading of digital copyrights and bidding agency services by actively exploring the integrative development of "Curture+". It will help cultural industries to be bigger and stranger on these bases.
