　　他要乘今晚的班机到法国。一是寻找罗麦在巴黎的前女友，二是去普罗旺斯罗麦的故乡，探望其母亲，并将罗麦的骨灰安放在山里。赵捷到达巴黎，四处寻找罗麦的前女友。黄昏时分，在一个车流拥堵的街口，出租车上的赵捷想起了导致自己与罗麦的友谊出现裂痕的那场车祸。赵捷终于找到了罗麦的前女友。赵捷介绍自己是罗麦在北京的朋友，赵捷说罗麦在北京时提到的唯一的女人就是你。沉默了一会儿她说他真是好人，她又说和他不过认识几个月，都还谈不上是真正的男女朋友，赵捷沉默着，终于说出罗麦去世了，他死在西藏，车祸中少年的死亡在法律上与他们无关，但罗麦和他间接地负有道义上的责任，罗麦因此才去西藏，为了平复愧疚赵捷离开巴黎，前往普罗旺斯。他要去南部山里罗麦的故乡，探望罗麦的母亲。沿途的风景让赵捷不断回想起一个月前的西藏之旅。 拉萨、八角街、布达拉宫赵捷沿着罗麦信中向他透露过的踪迹，向西藏的更深处行进的某些时刻，赵捷更确信罗麦没有死，而是活在了西藏。行程中，赵捷遇到一支流浪演出的藏戏队，他们正好要去赵捷最终要去的雪山村。藏戏队主要在沿途的各个寺庙前演出一个古老的戏剧《珠玛》。藏戏队每到一个寺庙前演《珠玛》时，赵捷便参与其中，演一个小角色，主要是想在戏中王子开始念经时，跟着他一起默默地念， 终于到了梅芳雪山，也就是戏剧里那古代传说中的雪山，罗麦也正是在这里死于一场雪崩。在雪山寺庙前，藏戏队演出最后一场《珠玛》。赵捷看见了珠玛复活后的形象是罗麦， 半个月后，赵捷终于抵达罗麦的故乡——法国南部壮丽的山中小镇。赵捷和罗麦的母亲将罗麦的骨灰安葬在山中墓地，牧师的念祷声中，赵捷眼前浮现出半个月前在西藏的雪山前为罗麦举行的葬礼，夜里，赵捷梦里惊起，一缕月光斜照在床对面墙上悬挂着的罗麦少年时的像片，泪流满面。

Finally, he arrived at the Meifang Snow Mountain, the ancient legendary snow mountain in the play, where Rohmer died in an avalanche. In front of the snowy mountain monastery, the Tibetan opera troupe performed the last Juma. Then Zhao Jie saw that the image of Juma after his resurrection was Rohmer.
