　　Nezha Conquers The Dragon King is a well-known Chinese traditional fairy tales based on the classic works such as Canonization of the Gods and The Journey to the West. It tells the story of Nezha who was born with divine power and fought against the evil Blue Demon of the East China Sea and the 3rd Prince of the Dragon King while playing in the sea, causing the Dragon King to be furious, who rolled up great waves to destroy everyone, whom in order to protect, sacrificed himself, and finally was reborn and defeated the Dragon King. It was created by senior picture-book writer Tang Yaming; illustrated by Yu Dawu, an internationally renowned painter. Yu Dawu has won the Grand Prize of the 6th Noma Contest of Paintings and Illustrations for Children of UNESCO Asian Cultural Center in 1989, and the Picture Book Award of the 22nd Japan Talking Publishing House Culture Award.
