　　作为楚文化的主要发祥地，襄阳，拥有着丰富的楚文化资源。正是由于这里的山清水秀，人杰地灵，作为楚文化具象表现形式之一的肴馔——楚菜，也无处不体现出襄阳的地域特色和文化传承。

　　为了在二十分钟的纪录片中，囊括襄阳楚菜的历史、渊源、特点，本片采用多种拍摄和制作手法，展现襄阳特色楚菜的色香味，同时还与楚文化密切勾连，通过青铜器、楚皇城遗址、百里长渠、楚国漆器等具象实物，来展现襄阳楚文化，以及襄阳楚菜的悠久历史。

　　As the main birthplace of Chu culture, Xiangyang has rich Chu cultural resources. It is precisely because of the beautiful scenery and outstanding people here. As one of the concrete manifestations of Chu culture, Chu cuisine, everywhere reflects the regional characteristics and cultural inheritance of Xiangyang.

　　In order to include the history, origin and characteristics of Xiangyang Chu cuisine in the 20 minute documentary, this film adopts a variety of shooting and production methods to show the color and flavor of Xiangyang characteristic Chu cuisine. At the same time, it is also closely linked with Chu culture. It shows Xiangyang Chu culture and the long history of Xiangyang CHu cuisine through concrete objects such as bronze ware, Chu imperial city ruins, Baili long canal and Chu lacquer ware.
